Pyeongsan Academy(located approximately 45 minutes from the church.)

WHO? Members of Dongshin English Service(appx. 80 people) 

WHAT?

Throughout the New Testament, Christ is referred to as “Kyrios”, or “Lord” in Greek.
The Kyrios Conference focuses on the call to Christ’s Lordship over every aspect of life.
We are to be sanctified in a fallen world – by Christ, the Word.
As an English-speaking community in Daegu, let’s spread the culture of Christ
through ever-increasing obedience and faith in His Word. 

We all have ideas about who God is, shaped by Scripture, but sometimes also by our experiences,disappointments, fears, and wounds.
This year at Kyrios, we want to slow down and encounter God, not simply the God we imagine Him to be, but God as He truly is.
Psalm 103 calls us to remember the God who forgives, heals, redeems, restores, and crowns us with steadfast love and mercy.
Through teaching from guest speaker Andy Gilman, and others, we’ll spend the weekend seeking God’s presence,
opening our hearts to Him, and making space for Him to meet us where we are.
When we truly know Him, healing can begin, and as He restores us, we can learn to live restored.

MAIN SPEAKER: Rev. Andrew Gilman has over 32 years of ministry experience in the United States and South Korea.

He studied at Moody Bible Institute and earned his Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary.
Andrew spent 12 years serving in South Korea, including seven years as Pastor of the English Service at Dongshin Church in Daegu.
During that time, he founded the Kyrios Conference, making his return especially meaningful.
Today, Andrew serves as Senior Pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Greenville, Ohio,
and as an EPC Regional Director for Church Health, focusing on revitalization, leadership development, and disciple-making.
Throughout his ministry, Andrew has been committed to preaching Scripture, developing leaders, strengthening churches,
and helping people grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. We are grateful to welcome him back to Kyrios this year.
